JIM (Captain OC)
Waddup everybody, My Name is Jim! I'm a 4th year Con Ed IS English and History Student. I have been a part of Rez reps in first year, The College Cabinet, a Residence Don, and a member of the Trent Penpals Group. I came to Trent from Ottawa, never seeing the campus before. It was a scary yet exiting time. When I showed up I felt right at home due to my ISW Staff. Because of this it is my mission statement to make sure each and everyone one of you feel at home at this beautiful campus. My favorite part of Trent would be the bridge crossing the river. My advice would be to take a step outside your comfort zone. University is a time to reinvent yourself. Try new things, meet people you wouldn't have met before. It is up to you to make these the best 4 years of your life! "Step outside your comfort zone." *~* |

SAM (Wenjack Woman)
Hi everyone! I'm a 3rd year Forensic Science Major with a joint major in Psychology. I've been super involved during my time on campus and I encourage you to do the same! I've been a part of the res-rep program in my first year, in my second year I became a Don at OC (whoo D House!) and absolutely fell in love with the college. Now I'm a part of New Student Orientation, Bring It On! and campus tours! My favourite super hero would have to be Robin, and my favourite team would have to be the Bat-fam. Although, I do have a soft spot for Harley Quinn and Hit-Girl! My favourite part of Trent would be the people! As a don, I have met so many amazing people, and I cannot express how much that has helped me grow, and get through tough times! My best piece of advice to incoming students would be to ASK FOR HELP. I know it can be hard to let down your walls, but if you do, amazing things will happen. You will grow so much in the next 4 years of your life, and it'll be for the better. Always remember to have fun, stay sane, and study hard <3 You can do it! |
