Stay healthy during isw & beyond!
Staying healthy during a week of non stop fun and friend making can get really difficult! You're up all night, probably eating some not-so-healthy food, and getting up early for morning challenges! Not to mention the emotional aspect of leaving home for the first time and experiencing home sickness. ISW and your friends year can be rough, but it's important to know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Your co-chairs, ISW staff, residence dons, and fellow students are all there for you. But if those resources aren't enough, Trent has some professional options for you to explore in Blackburn Hall. They're outlined here, just in case you're in need of a bit extra help <3
